    Baltimore (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton women's basketball team (9-11, 4-3 AE) was defeated 62-51 at UMBC (12-8, 3-4 AE) in an America East women's basketball game on Wednesday night at the Retriever Athletic Center. The loss snapped the Bearcats' two-game winning streak.

  • Dempsey: Bearcats showed endgame prowess in first conference win

    Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) It took a few more tries than they'd have liked, but the Bearcat men are on the board with their first conference win. Head coach Tommy Dempsey told reporters Tuesday he was proud of how his team handled itself against UMass-Lowell.

    (WBNG Binghamton) Both BU basketball teams got big road wins beating UMass Lowell. The men won 64-57 and the women survived in OT to beat the River Hawks 75-70.
