    Vestal, NY (WBNG BINGHAMTON) The Binghamton baseball team won the second game of its America East doubleheader Saturday, earning a split with Albany. BU won, 7-4, after the Great Danes won the opener, 11-9, at the Bearcats Sports Complex.

    Vestal, NY (WBNG BINGHAMTON) Vicky McFarland and Maggie Cocks each homered twice, powering Albany (21-10, 6-2 AE) to a sweep over Binghamton (13-16, 4-5 AE) in an America East softball doubleheader on Saturday afternoon at the Bearcats Sports Complex. The Great Danes won the opener 8-5 and finished off a 13-4 win in five innings in the finale.

Ben Kocis scored four goals to lead BU in front of a men's lacrosse-record crowd of 780 fans at the Bearcats Sports Complex.

    Buffalo, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Senior center fielder Zach Blanden had four hits and four RBI and Binghamton baseball (8-12) stretched its win streak to four with an 18-15 11-inning win over host Canisius Wednesday afternoon at Demske Sports Complex.

    Ithaca, NY (WBNG BINGhamton) junior second baseman Reed Gamache hit a two-out, walkoff RBI single in the bottom of the ninth innning to win the opener and then junior Mike Bunal and freshman Dylan Stock combined on a six-hit shutout in the nightcap as Binghamton baseball (6-12, 3-5 America East) swept a twinbill from UMass Lowell (5-15, 1-4 AE) Monday afternoon at Cornell's Hoy Field.

  • B-Sens fall in Albany, eliminated from playoff picture

    Albany, NY (WBNG BINGHAMTON) The Binghamton Senators fell 4-1 to the Albany Devils as Paul Thompson recorded a hat trick to eliminate the B-Sens from the 2014-15 Calder Cup Playoffs.

  • Bearcats win road conference game over UMass-Lowell

    Lowell, MA (WBNG BINGHAMTON) The Binghamton men's lacrosse team won, 14-6, at UMass Lowell Saturday afternoon. J.T. Hauck totaled a career-high six points, while Paul O'Donnell scored four goals to lead BU in the America East contest at Cushing Field. The game was the first-ever meeting between the programs.
