    Akron, OH (WBNG BINGHAMTON) Junior guard Kim Albrecht poured in a career-high 27 points and freshman guard Imani Watkins added 21 points, powering Binghamton (1-1) to a 90-84 win over Delaware State (0-2) in the final day of the Akron Classic on Saturday afternoon at Rhodes Arena. The victory was the Bearcats’ first under head coach Linda Cimino.

    Cortland (WBNG BINGHAMTON) Holder Luke Hinton threw a four-yard touchdown pass to receiver Jon Mannix on the final play of the game after a botched field goal snap to lift Cortland to an improbable 23-20 win over nationally 23rd-ranked Ithaca in the 56th Annual Cortaca Jug game.

    Ithaca, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Sophomore forward Eric Freschi scored a short-handed goal in overtime off a feed from senior forward Joel Lowry, lifting the men's hockey team to its first victory in improbable fashion Friday night against Clarkson, 2-1.
