The game was the third of four Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament contests the Bearcats play in this year.

    New York (WBNG BINGHAMTON) Freshman Chris McCullough had a career-best 20 points and a key steal late in the game to help #23/24 Syracuse (3-1) past Iowa (2-2), 66-63, at Madison Square Garden. The victory gave the Orange third place in the 2K Classic benefitting The Wounded Warrior Project.
