Travis French rushed for 265 yards and five touchdowns to lead Newark Valley to a 40-20 win over Elmira Notre Dame.
The Cardinals remain perfect at 4-0.
Next up, a Friday night trip to division rival Trumansburg.
State-ranked Maine-Endwell also upped its record to 4-0 with a 28-12 win on Homecoming over Owego.
Johnson City also stayed perfect, knocking off Chenango Valley 27-13.
