(WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton Patriots started the game on a 15-2 run and never looked back in a 70-27 win over Ithaca while Johnson City rallied to beat Norwich 64-58.

The Horseheads boys team outlasted Vestal 71-67 in 3 overtimes, while the girls team beat the host Golden Bears 70-47.
