Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton)
And while the golf is getting ready, so are high school football teams.
Practices have started up this week around section 4.
Today we stop our camp tour at the Johnson City practice.
The Wildcats won their division and went 6-2 last season before losing in the playoffs.
They have some big holes to fill on defense, but they do bring back a talented backfield on offense, including their regular halfback, full back and a quarterback that saw time under center in one game last year.
" I think we have a lot of room to improve. We have to score more points, especially in crucial times in the season and at the end of the year."
" For us it's going to be the same game plan this year. We have almost our whole team back that started last year. We're looking forward to a great season. We have a tougher schedule and I think we can do anything, the sky's the limit for us right now."
