JC outlasts Spartans for Section IV Title

Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Maine-Endwell gave Johnson City its best shot to start the Section IV Class C Championship game, leading 6-1, but the Wildcats stormed back to win their second straight title.

Johnson City rallied late in the first half and eventually evened the score in the third quarter before winning 12-11.

In the Class B final, Vestal stormed out to a large lead and never looked back. The Golden Bears took down Horseheads 16-4 for the Section IV Championship.

The Class A final matched Ithaca and Corning in a game that the Little Red won 16-8.
