(WBNG Binghamton) In less than 24 hours, the Class B football champion will be crowned.

And the Maine-Endwell Spartans are confident they will repeat as state champions.

The Spartans held their final practice Friday, before the championship game at the Carrier Dome.

They feel they may have an advantage over opponent Glens Falls because they've played in the Dome already this season.

"The whole atmosphere of being so big and I think it's just the face of being in a dome changes things. We're lucky enough to play there last year and the beginning of this year. I think, hopefully, that's going to give us an edge," says head coach Matt Gallagher.

"It's really warm in there and rather humid. That's weird to have, especially playing this deep into the playoffs. You're used to playing outside in the cold, sometimes at night so with the lighting, how hot it is and really the fact you might have to deal with the cramping and extra sweat that you wouldn't have to deal with really is an advantage," says senior running back Justin Jacoby.

The Class B title game is Saturday at 3:00 pm.

We'll have all the days highlights and post game reaction coming up in our final football edition of Sports Overtime for the season.
