After a scoreless first half, the Vestal girls soccer team broke through against Horseheads 10 minutes into the 2nd, and held on for a 1-0 win.

The Golden Bears are undefeated, and unscored upon, this season.

Earlier int he day, the Vestal field hockey team fell to Maine-Endwell.
