ENDICOTT (WBNG BINGHAMTON) The senior class at Union-Endicott is pretty good. To date, seven student athletes have signed letters of intent to play college sports.
Drew Hogan and Josh Paugh both signed up to play college football: Drew at Robert Morris; Josh at Mercyhurst.
To share the moment together, along with the other seniors, they said, just adds to the accomplishment.
"I've been with these guys -- with baseball, since we were 10; and in football, in pee wee I played on the same team as quarterback Joey Orlando since pee wee," Hogan said. 'It's just great to be able to grow up together and watch us all go our separate ways."
"As a class, we have so much talent and potential, and it's nice to see every year: this team is doing good, that team is doing good. It's nice that we're all supportive of each other," Paugh added.
Hogan will study business management. Paugh plans to study history education, but wants to explore the world of coaching.
