Windsor Walks Off With Sectional Title

Town of Dickinson, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Shelly Tucker had an RBI single in the bottom of the 8th inning as Windsor beat Susquehanna Valley 1-0 in 8 innings to win the Section IV Class B softball Title.
