    Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Seton used a 13-0 run in the second quarter to pull away from Chenango Valley in the Section IV Class B girl's basketball quarterfinals on Tuesday. The Saints cruised to a 63-29 win over the Warriors.

    (WBNG Binghamton) The Upstate vs. Downstate senior football classic is returning this year and it's coming to Section IV. The New York State High School Football Coaches Association website says it'll be held June 14th at a Section IV site still to be determined.

  • Patriots roll over Horseheads en route to STAC championship

    Endicott (WBNG BINGHAMTON) Binghamton jumped out to a six-point lead after one quarter. By halftime, the lead had ballooned to 15 and there was no looking back. The Patriots topped defending champion Horseheads, 58-44, to win a STAC title.

  • Norwich captures back-to-back STAC titles

    Endicott (WBNG BINGHAMTON) Michael Oralls scored a game-high 22 points and Zan Stewart pitched in 12 as Norwich topped Binghamton, 57-47 in the STAC final. The last time Norwich won back-to-back STAC crowns was in 1993 and 1994.

  • Watkins Glen hands Whitney Point first loss

    Dryden, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Undefeated Whitney Point led by 10 points at halftime of the IAC large school boy's basketball title game, but Watkins Glen held the Eagles to just 14 points in the second half. That helped the Senecas comeback to win, 59-50.
