    Town of Dickinson (WBNG Binghamton) Winless in its first three tries against Horseheads this season, Binghamton thrashed the Blue Raiders, 11-5, to win the program's first Section IV title since 2007 Saturday at SUNY Broome's BAGSAI complex.

    Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Vestal boy's lacrosse scored the first 13 goals on Wednesday against Canton in its NYSPHSAA Class B sub-regional game, and rolled to a 19-4 win.

    Town of Union, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Down 2-0 in the bottom of the seventh, Union-Endicott scored five runs against Maine-Endwell to end the Spartans streak of sectional titles in the Section IV Class A baseball semifinals.

  • Blue Devils learning from last year's run

    (WBNG Binghamton) The trip to the state tournament was short-lived for the Chenango Forks boy's lacrosse team last year. The Blue Devils ran into eventual state runner-up Cazenovia in the opening round, losing 16-4.
