    Town of Fenton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Chenango Valley kept the previously unbeaten Waverly Wolverines to a season-low 12 points in a 22-12 win. The win puts the Warriors (4-1) atop the Section IV standings in Class B.

  • Tioga rebounds from loss with big win over Harpursville/Afton

    Harpursville, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Tioga raced out to a 22-0 halftime lead and the best their opponents could do was match the Tigers in the second half. The end result? A 36-14 win for the Tioga Tigers after suffering their first loss a week prior.

  • Mighty M-E: Spartans break state record with 56th straight win

    Town of Union, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Maine-Endwell's streak began on September 3, 2011 at Spartan Stadium against Chenango Valley. At the same place four years later, M-E toppled the state's long-standing unbeaten streak record with a 45-30 win over rival Johnson City.

  • Walton wins at Delhi under the lights; Eagles roll at Unatego

    Delhi, NY (WBNG Binghamton) For the first time since 1892, Walton and Delhi played a game at Delhi under the lights Friday night. The end result saw Walton (4-1) besting the Bulldogs (2-3), 22-6.

  • Vestal drops second straight in tight loss to Corning

    Corning, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Corning stopped Vestal on a fourth quarter two-point conversion that would have tied the game, allowing the Hawks to hold off the Golden Bears, 28-26, Friday night.

  • Vestal girl's soccer remains unbeaten

    Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Vestal remained unbeaten and unscored upon on Thursday night as the Golden Bears beat Binghamton, 7-0, in girl's soccer.

    Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton) With the game tied at two in the second half, Haris Brkovic's goal off of a corner ended up being the difference for Johnson City. The Wildcats held off Owego on Wednesday evening, 3-2, for the boy's soccer win.
