After averaging more than 10 runs a game during the playoffs, the Seton Catholic Saints ran into their match in the state semifinals, losing to Section 6's Frewsburg 3-0.

Frewsburg starter Asa Johnson struck out 9 while allowing only 2 hits.

Jack Myette kept the Saints in the game after allowing a single run in both the first and second innings.

The Saints had 2 runners on in both the 5th and 6th innings but couldn't get the big hit.

Seton finishes the season 15-10 after winning only four games last year.

They also captured the school's first section crown since 1996.
