She's scored goals....
Plenty of goals....
83 of them heading into this season....
And already 17 in 2009......
That adds up to an even 100.....and it's good that we're keeping track, because Taylor Mazursky is not.
" I just did it all for my teammates and everything, it's pretty much them that got me there."
She watched and learned when older sister Holly was a senior captain of her Forks team. Now it's Taylor in that senior leadership role, looking to take the Blue Devils from a very good team to a championship team.
" I think we are on the way. I believe that we'll make STAC and win all our games and we'll go far."
And as for trophies, Taylor has collected more than her fair share, and wasn't interested in adding another this weekend....she has others in mind down the line.
" I didn't take the game ball, actually. I left it. It's not really a big deal to me if I score my 100th. I just want to win the game. What would be the game ball to go in the trophy case? STAC title, section title, state title? All 3 that would be nice."
