" It's kind of like Spiderman versus the Hulk. Spiderman is moving and does all this crazy stuff, and that's me, I'll play that Spiderman role and try and outsmart the Hulk, that's this huge kid I'm getting ready to fight. "

And Jones has promised to keep playing the part of Spiderman in the octagon.
While his opponent, former All American wrestler Ryan Bader, has said he expects Jones to fight more conservative this time around, Jonny Bones says he'll keep his same "funky" style.
At the same time, Jones knows his undefeated opponent will be his toughest to date.

" It has the 'it' factor about himself. He's a warrior, he's never lost before and I'm just up for the challenge."

Besides the pressure of being one of the premiere matchups on the UFC 126 card, and battling an undefeated fighter, Jones is battling the expectations thrown on him at the young age of 23.
And those expectations keep growing.

" The president of UFC stated that if I won this fight I'll have one more opponent before I get a title shot, so I feel that I'm really close to my dreams coming true."

This coming fight is another step in that goal, and Jon made sure to say you're only as good as the people you surround yourself with.

And he's keeping a big part of home close by while he trains in New Mexico.
His high school girlfriend is making sure he eats right, and his U-E wrestling coach will be in his corner next Saturday.
