Borowiecki, Dziurzynski re-signed by Ottawa

Ottawa, ONT (WBNG Binghamton) Two key parts of the Binghamton Senators last season were re-signed by Ottawa on Wednesday.

Mark Borowiecki, the B-Sens captain for the final portion of the season, signed a two-year deal with the Senators. The first year is a two-way contract, with the second year of the deal being just one-way.

Borowiecki played in 56 games with the B-Sens last season, and also spent six games with Ottawa in the NHL. He's played in parts of three seasons for Binghamton.

David Dziurzynski also was signed to a new deal on Wednesday. The Senators sign Dziurzynski to a one-year, two-way deal.

Last season, Dziurzynski tallied 21 points with the B-Sens in 57 games. He also spent 12 games in the NHL with the Senators last year as well.
