Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Syracuse is less than a week from officially joining the Atlantic Coast Conference. On the basketball court that'll mean switching from rivals like Georgetown, UConn and Villanova to Duke and North Carolina.

One Orange alum doesn't feel the new opponents should give the SU hoops team too much trouble. After tossing out the first pitch at Saturday's B-Mets game Lawrence Moten discussed his expectations for Syracuse next season.

Coming off of a Final Four run, Moten believes the mix of new recruits and experienced guys will equal another successful season for coach Jim Boeheim.

"We're just going to expect things out of the guys who already been playing," said Moten. "C.J. is going to have another good year. One of the things about Coach Boeheim, we're guaranteed 20 wins every year. So mark it down, you heard it hear first, from Poetry, 20 wins or better."

Syracuse loses Michael Carter-Williams, who will likely be a first round draft pick later this week, along with Brandon Triche and James Southerland from last year's Final Four team.
