Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Six straight wins have taken Union-Endicott from a team that lost three of its first five games, to a team making its second straight Class A state semifinal appearance.

To get here the Tigers handled Carthage in the quarterfinals, scoring 36 points in the first half.

Much like the Comets last week their next opponent, seventh ranked Williamsville North, had to win in dramatic fashion just to get here. Union-Endicott coach Tom Baleno knows their opponent will be battle-tested come Friday night.

"Williamsville, they win their games in the last minute so they have a winning spirit and they battle to the end," said Baleno. "We'll be in for a fight for all four quarters."

The Tigers are hoping that Williamsville used up all their magic in their three-point win last weekend. This game scheduled to kickoff at 8 p.m. on Friday night at Rochester's Sahlen's Stadium.
