Union-Endicott earns second straight state semifinal berth

Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Union-Endicott's Joey Orlando threw for four touchdown passes in the first half as the Tigers ran past Carthage 43-7 in the Class A state quarterfinals on Friday.

U-E jumped out to a 36-0 halftime lead, and Orlando added on another touchdown pass in the second half to help finish off the Comets.

The Tigers now move onto the state semifinals for the second straight season.

Union-Endicott will face Williamsville North in the Class A semis next Friday night in Rochester.
