Whitney Point, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The accolades for Whitney Point's Emma Maslin read as long as some college textbooks. Emma was a 4-year varsity starter for the Eagles, a three-time all conference selection and the school's all-time leader in goals and assists.

Among other things, she's also her class vice president.

Next fall, Emma will bring that entire package to Binghamton University. Friday she signed her letter of intent to play soccer for the Bearcats.

She said it was one of her dreams to play Division 1 soccer, and now she's getting that chance -- it's a fact that's just beginning to set in for her.

"It feels incredible," she said. "I've worked so hard for everything, and it's finally reality. My dreams are a reality."

Emma will study pre-med at BU. She hopes to eventually pursue a career in Pediatric Oncology.

Wilcox heads to Delaware State
Greene's Paige Wilcox scored more than 140 goals in her career, and now she's taking those talents to Delaware State.

Wilcox signed to play soccer for the Hornets Friday.

She's the leading scorer in school history and was named to an all-state team three times in her high school career.

Wilcox believes the school is just the right fit.

" I really like the coaches, the team and everyone I met down there," she said. "I think I'll fit in very well down there."

She plans to study accounting once she gets to Delaware State.
