    Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Graduate student forward Pascal Trappe and freshman midfielder Harrison Weilbacher each scored a goal, powering Binghamton (8-5-2, 3-1-1 AE) to a 2-1 win over UMBC (7-5-3, 1-2-2 AE) in an America East men's soccer game before a Family Weekend and Senior Day crowd of 1,073 fans at the Bearcats Sports Complex.

  • Offensive outburst lifts B-Sens past Toronto, 5-1

    Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton Senators returned to home ice on Saturday night with a big 5-1 win over the Toronto Marlies. Cole Schneider notched two goals and an assist along with Matt Puempel chipping in one goal and two helpers while Chris Driedger stopped 26 of 27 shots faced to lead the B-Sens to victory.

  • Tioga, Deposit/Hancock roll in Class D quarterfinals

    Tioga Center, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Jesse Manuel scored on the first play from scrimmage and Tioga never trailed against Oxford as the Tigers earned a spot in the Section IV Class D semifinals with a 59-26 win. Recaps of wins by Deposit/Hancock, Owego and Windsor are also included.

    Endicott, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Union-Endicott football will be unveiling special orange uniforms on senior night against Horseheads on Friday. The uniforms and new cleats were donated by U-E grad and current MLB pitcher Jim Johnson.
