    Richmond, VA (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton Mets grabbed a late lead with two runs in the top of the seventh only to blow the advantage in the bottom of the inning in a 4-3 loss to the Richmond Flying Squirrels on Monday night at the Diamond. The B-Mets matched a season-low with four hits in their second straight loss.

  • BU softball headed to Virginia for NCAA first round

    Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) One day after capturing its first-ever America East championship, the Binghamton softball team (24-19) has learned of its next destination. The Bearcats will travel to James Madison, where they will face the host Dukes on Friday at 4:30 p.m.. Also in the double elimination bracket are Fordham and N.C. State.
