    Vestal (WBNG BINGHAMTON) Victoria Rampado finished with 16 points and 11 rebounds and Meghan McGuinness added 15 points, leading Niagara (1-3) to a 63-52 win over Binghamton (1-3) in a non-conference women’s basketball game on Wednesday afternoon at the Events Center. The game closed out the Bearcats’ two-game home stand.
