    (WBNG Binghamton) - Spring weather is finally here. The spring athletes no longer need to dress for a snow ball fight to play their sport. Thursday saw some boys lacrosse action in the Southern Tier including an overtime game between M-E and Owego.

  • B-Mets explode for 12 runs against Erie

    Erie, PA (WBNG Binghamton) Mickey Jannis carried a no-hitter into the seventh inning and the Binghamton Mets offense backed him with 17 hits in a 12-2 win over the Erie SeaWolves on Thursday night at Jerry Uht Park. The knuckleballer struck out five and retired 16 straight SeaWolves in his first start of the season.

  • BU softball's new all-time hits leader - Sydney Harbaugh

    Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Earlier this week while the BU softball team was on the road at Colgate one of their school records fell. A two-out RBI double into left-center field in the top of the 5th inning sent Sydney Harbaugh into the BU record books as the program's all-time leader in hits.
