ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - In New York state government news, Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo is making his fifth trip to Puerto Rico following last year's devastating hurricanes. The governor is traveling to the island territory Monday with a group of state university students, labor leaders and elected officials who will participate in rebuilding projects. Meanwhile, two upstate casinos have partnered with online fantasy sports leagues to prepare for legal sports betting.

EAST LYME, Conn. (AP) - The Coast Guard and a Good Samaritan have rescued four people from a capsized vessel in Niantic Bay in Connecticut. Officials say watch standers from the Long Island Sound command center of the Coast Guard received a call about a 21-foot pleasure boat taking on water. A private boat also heard the call via the VHF-FM radio channel and responded shortly before 11 a.m. Saturday, taking all four people onto its boat. Authorities arrived at the scene shortly after. There were no reported injuries.

NEW YORK (AP) - Members of the Congressional Black Caucus have joined New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo in calling on the U.S. Senate to reject Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh because of his expansive interpretation of gun rights and the Second Amendment. Cuomo, a Democrat, said Saturday that Kavanaugh's past opinions show that he believes it's a constitutional right to carry "even the most dangerous assault weapons."

NEW YORK (AP) - Hillary Clinton is offering a helping hand to immigrants looking to reunite with their families. She says she'll help organize transportation they might not be able to afford. The former Democratic presidential candidate says she'll be tweeting in the coming days, asking airlines for vouchers and discounted tickets for travel costs. That's what she told a crowd Saturday in Central Park when she took the stage as part of a star-studded summer festival of conversation, music and food.
