BINGHAMTON (WBNG) - With the Devils replacing the Senators here in Binghamton starting next season, changes were certainly expected. However, at this point, it looked like all of the front office moves had already been determined.
That is until Wednesday, when longtime voice of the B-Sens, Grady Wittenburg, announced on his personal Facebook page that he will not be retained by the organization starting next season.
12 Sports confirmed this information Thursday with Executive Vice President of Operations, Tom Mitchell.
Wittenburg was the play-by-play man for 14 of the Sens 15 seasons here in Binghamton.
A replacement has not been named yet, but Mitchell said lots of applications are already being received.
Mitchell added that the B-Devils plan to broadcast every game next season.
