BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- It was an adults only night at the Binghamton Zoo Saturday.
It was for the 14th annual Zoo Brew event. This years event featured a change to the formula, not just beer but wine was also offered.
The event was for those 21 and older and tickets cost $30 for zoo members and $35 for non members.
Several local wineries and breweries were in attendance. This year one Binghamton Brewery even made a new brew in honor of the zoo.
"Galaxy Brewing is showcasing their IPA for animals tonight and then from here on out a dollar from every pint sold at Galaxy Brewing goes back to the zoo to help us with conservation efforts," said Binghamton Zoo Public Relations Coordinator Rachel Davenport.
All proceeds from Zoo Brew & Wine Too! event also go directly toward supporting the Binghamton Zoo at Ross Park's conservation efforts.
