NORWICH (WBNG) -- Deputies say three people are accused of burglarizing a North Norwich home after they were caught Saturday.

Chenango County Sheriff Ernest Cutting says deputies received burglary complaint from someone, saying they saw three people fleeing a residence in the area of Ronsyl Drive and County Road 33 in the town of Norwich.

The suspects were located within minutes, Sheriff Cutting said.

Three people were arrested and charged with burglary in the second degree and conspiracy in the fifth degree.

According to authorities, Vallance and Jenkins entered the home and tried to steal property, while Button served as the lookout for the two.
