Do you sing in the car or the shower or really anytime there’s music on? Then this event will be the perfect place for you to show your skills. Action for Older Persons is hosting it's first-ever Lip Sync Challenge.

Contestants will lip sync to their favorite songs, anything from the classics to modern tunes including pop, country, rock, or even hip-hop. Contestants are asked to dress the part and include a dance routine if they would like. Performers will be judged and the best routines will be awarded. There will also be local celebrities competing.

The Action for Older Persons Lip Sync Challenge will be on Thursday, August 24 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Helen Foley Theatre at the Binghamton High School.

If you're interested, print and complete the Registration Form online and send to Action for Older Persons, 200 Plaza Drive, Suite B, Vestal, NY 13850. You can also pick a registration form at AOP's office. Space is limited. For more information, call AOP at (607) 722-1251.
