ENDICOTT (WBNG) -- Nearly twenty restaurants have teamed up to help raise money for the Mercy House of the Southern Tier.
The Mercy House provides a home for people with terminal illnesses who can no longer remain at home.
A portion of the proceeds will go toward benefiting residents and other operations within the organization.
One of the restaurants taking part is Our Country Hearts in the town of Maine.
"Helping them with each and every sale, a quarter here, fifty cents there," said Our Country Hearts owner Jason Shaw. "It really adds up over the course of ten days and we feel great about helping the Mercy House."
