"Broome-opoly" will officially be available just in time for the holidays. One Point, a Northeastern Pennsylvania business services company, has worked with the United Way of Broome County to create, "Broome-opoly". This game is based on Monopoly but features different businesses in the area of Broome County. This is to coincide with the United Way of Broome County's 100th anniversary.

WBNG, the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, the United Way of Broome County, Binghamton University and more all have spots on the board. The money and cards also have Broome County businesses on them.

The board only costs $24.95 plus tax and will be available soon at these participating businesses including Wegmans, Olum's, The United Way of Broome County, Binghamton University, Lost Dog Cafe, Vestal Coal House, Roberts Eyecare, Binghamton Rumble Ponies, Binghamton Devils, Brozzetti's Pizza, EN-JOIE Golf Club, Tri-Cities Opera, Bates Troy Laundromats, Gault Chevrolet, Horizons Federal Credit Union, Girl Scouts of NYPenn Pathways in the Oakdale Mall and Catholic Charities of Broome County.

There are only about 700 boards available for purchase and once they are sold, they're gone! If you would like to pre-order a board contact the United Way of Broome County at (607) 240-2000.

Also be on the lookout for a contest on wbng.com where you can win one of the boards.
