The Innit app is a connected cooking platform that makes planning, shopping, preparing and cooking easier for families.

Chef Daniel Norton, Innit's Culinary Manager, has 15 years of experience and has worked all over the United States. He joined Kara Conrad on Around the Tiers via Skype to talk about the new app. Chef Norton says that Innit has taken in consideration the entire ritual of cooking. Anything food related that is in the app has been held by Innit's culinary team. "We make sure that we get as much information that we can from the food and before anything makes it into the app the user can be absolutely positive and trust that culinary experts have watched the entire process from start to finish and they know they're getting the best information possible," says Chef Norton.

The app features personalization for you and your family based on diet, allergies and dislikes. The app lets you customize elements of your meal, like choosing your protein, starch, vegetable, and sauce to match your cravings or what’s in your fridge.

It offers personalized instructions and step-by-step video guidance that update in real-time with every customization you make. The app can also connect to GE Appliances and Bosch with Home Connect technology to turn your smart oven on and off at the appropriate time, send custom instructions to ensure optimal cooking and notify you when your meal is ready.

Innit is available for iOS and can be downloaded in Apple's App store. To learn more about Innit click here.
