COOPERSTOWN (WBNG) -- A day after former Atlanta Braves third baseman Chipper Jones was elected to the National Baseball Hall of Fame, we take you back to 2004 when WBNG spoke with Jones and former Braves pitcher John Smoltz in Cooperstown.
The pair took part in the Hall of Fame Game in the village.
Jones, along with Jim Thome, Vladimir Guerrero and Trevor Hoffman are the latest legends to be elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame, officials announced Wednesday. The four will officially be inducted on July 29 in Cooperstown.
John Smoltz was inducted in 2015.
