Fitness Tip: HIIT with GasLamp Gym

Personal trainer at GasLamp Gym, Catherine Aranda is giving tips on how to do a high intensity interval training workout at home or at the gym. Four movements that were done in this workout include a squat using a kettle bell, jump squats, forward lunge to a bicep curl and a shoulder press to a single leg dead lift. Each move does have variations and can be done with lighter weights or with body weight. 

Aranda suggests that if you're a beginner to try the whole circuit twice for about 10 minutes a day.
