Shooting woes continue as Syracuse falls at Georgia Tech

BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- The Syracuse Orange fell on the road at Georgia Tech Wednesday night, 55-51, snapping the Orange's three-game winning streak. Syracuse's shooting woes continued, converting on just 30 percent from the field and 27.8 percent from three. The Yellow Jackets used an 11-2 run early in the first half to build its lead. Syracuse never led in the game. 

Tyus Battle led Syracuse with 19 points. Oshae Brissett and Frank Howard were the only other Orange players in double figures.

Syracuse is back home Saturday against No. 2 Virginia. Tip-off is set for 4 p.m.
