BINGHAMTON (WBNG) - Binghamton senior Imani Watkins set the program record for three-pointers made in Binghamton's 69-64 victory on the road at Stony Brook Monday night. Watkins (226 career threes) passed Erica Carter's record of 224 career three-pointers made. The senior finished with 25 points in the game which moved her into 10th place all-time in America East conference history. The 25-point outing also tied the program record for consecutive games in double figures with 24. Watkins now has 1,995 career points.
Kai Moon added 17 points and Alyssa James secured 13 rebounds in the victory.
Final score: Binghamton (16-8, 7-4) - 69, Stony Brook (13-11, 5-6) - 64
Binghamton is on the road at UMBC Thursday night at 7 p.m.
