VESTAL (WBNG) -- Binghamton University students looked to build their futures while meeting with local businesses and organizations.
The internship and job fair was held at the Events Center on Tuesday.
More than 130 organizations were on campus to chat with students about potential job opportunities, many of them in the Southern Tier.
"Roughly a third of the employers here today are from the Southern Tier and for them to come and want to give opportunities to our Binghamton University students is fantastic," said Binghamton University Senior Assistant Director, Employer and Alumni Outreach Paul Deamer.
The school has hosted the fair for more than 20 years.
