Police describe teen suspects in Binghamton cab robbery

BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- Police have released more information on suspects in an armed robbery of a cab on Wednesday night.

Binghamton police say multiple teens held up a cab Wednesday night around 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of Winding Way and Oak Street.

Detectives told 12 News one suspect is a skinny lighter-skinned black male, about 5'4" with dark curly hair and wearing a dark-colored jacket and pants.

Authorities say another suspect is described as a dark-skinned male, about six feet tall, who was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and grey pants.

An undisclosed amount of cash was stolen, police say, but no injuries were reported.
