PYEONGCHANG, SOUTH KOREA (CNN) -- Olympic athletes require plenty of protein, but not this much.
Chefs for the Norwegian Winter Olympic team thought they had ordered 1,500 eggs when they received a Saturday delivery in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
It turns out that the order went through for 15,000 eggs instead of 1,500.
A spokesman for the Norwegian Olympic Committee told CNN that the error may have been caused by a Google translate error.
The delivery crew took back the 13,500 extra eggs... but not until after the chefs had some fun taking pictures with them.
