Cocaine, heroin recovered in Binghamton drug raid

(WBNG) -- The Broome County Investigations Unit Task Force announced a drug raid in the City of Binghamton.

Authorities say they recovered approximately 13 grams of cocaine, along with heroin, marijuana and drug packaging materials.

They also say they recovered $1,500 in drug sale proceeds.

Two arrests were made in the drug raid.

42-year-old Corey Bailey of Binghamton was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance a class C felony, criminally using drug paraphernalia a class A misdemeanor, criminal impersonation a class A misdemeanor, and criminal possession of marijuana a class B misdemeanor.

53-year-old male Gary Picott of Binghamton was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance a class B felony, criminal possession of a controlled substance a class B felony, criminally using drug paraphernalia a class A misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a controlled substance a class A misdemeanor.
