VESTAL (WBNG) - Parker McKnight and Carter Beaulieu, two Vestal Golden Bears, signed their letters of intent to Binghamton University together Thursday afternoon. The Vestal soccer duo helped lead the Golden Bears to an undefeated season and the 2017 New York State Class A Championship. McKnight and Beaulieu will trade in their Vestal jerseys for Binghamton ones in the fall, and an added bonus for McKnight, he'll join his brother Connor on the soccer team at BU.

"My brother is a junior there right now on the soccer team, so next year he'll be a senior," said Vestal senior Parker McKnight. "I'll play with him for one year and I've never played with him before, so it will be quite an experience to have one year to play with him."

"I really liked Binghamton because all the coaches," said Vestal senior Carter Beaulieu. "Tommy Moon, the assistant coach there, is currently our travel coach and I really like him. I think Binghamton University is just a great school and a great fit for me."

McKnight and Beaulieu plan on living together at Binghamton as freshmen.
