Endicott man arrested on drug charges, crack cocaine found

(WBNG) -- The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force arrested 40-year-old Robert Mabry of Endicott on drug charges.

Authorities say they recovered $727 in drug sale proceeding along with crack cocaine and drug packaging materials.

The task force says they arrested Mabry during a planned traffic shop in Endicott. During the stop authorities say Mabry attempted to discard crack cocaine he had in his possession.

The 40-year-old is being charged with the following:

  • Three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, class B felonies.
  • One count of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, a class C felony.
  • Tampering with physical, a class E felony
  • Three counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor

Mabry was processed at the Endicott Police Department and is now being held at the Broome County Sheriff's Correctional Facility without bail.
