2018-2019 school budget results

(WBNG) -- Residents across the Southern Tier took to the polls Tuesday to cast their vote for several school district budget proposals.

Below are the results from districts in our area. This list will be updated as we receive more results.

BROOME COUNTY:

Binghamton City School District: Approved budget 861-156

Chenango Forks Central School District: $33,806,855 budget passed 220-49. Michael Vavra elected to Board of Education 174-92. 

Chenango Valley Central School District: $38,457,793 budget passed 696-113. Bus proposition passed 707-103. Fenton free library proposition passed 680-131.

Harpursville Central School District: $19,681,543 budget passed 137-35. Melissa Anderson elected to Board of Education.

Johnson City Central School District: $55.4 million budget passed 399-179. Bus purchase proposition passed 405-170. Stephen Barrows elected to Board of Education.

Maine-Endwell Central School District: Budget passed 727-244. Bus proposition passed 752-224. Melinda Spooner, William Powell, and Peter Balzani elected to Board of Education. 

Susquehanna Valley Central School District: $38 million budget passed 303-40. Bus purchase proposition approved 196-48. Robert Strick, Mark Leighton, and Jack Bell elected to school board.

Union-Endicott Central School District: Budget passed 841-264. Bus proposition passed 880-228. Glenn McIver and Tom Martin voted to Board of Education. 

Whitney Point Central School District: Budget passed 172-82. Bus proposition passed 185-68. Art Timmins and Katie Perry elected to three year term
on board of education. Christine Widdall elected to one year term. Windsor Central School District: Budget passed 317-94. Land purchase passed 275-133. 

Vestal Central School District: Budget passed 939-530. Bus proposition passed 1003-468. 

TIOGA COUNTY:

Candor Central School District: Budget passed 167-38. Bus proposition passed 150-45. 

Newark Valley: Budget passed 210-61. Bus purchase passed 213-61. Tom Darwin, Jim Phillips, and Lisa Jensen elected to three year Board of Education terms.

Owego Apalachin Central School District: $46,703,161 budget passed 510-209. Bus proposition passed 527-189. Establishment of a capital reserve fund passed 522-189. Michael Phelps and Jason Luke were elected to the Board of Education.

Tioga Central School District: $19,005,27 budget passed 217-7. Voting for school buses passed 217-7. Ryan Bombard and Tamara Booser elected to Board of Education.

Waverly Central School District: $32,633,544 budget passed 229-113. "Project A" capital improvement project passed 299-113. "Project B" capital improvement project passed 228-176. Leasing of buses passed 308-101. Establish capital reserve fund passed 296-108.

CHENANGO COUNTY:

Afton Central School District: Budget passed 163-49. Ted King was elected to the Board of Education.

Bainbridge-Guilford Central School District: Budget passed 202-63. 

Greene Central School District: $26,448,955 budget passed 198-119. $178,000 Moore Memorial Library budget passed 237-78. Brian Milk and Scott Youngs voted to Board of Education. 

Oxford Academy Central School District: Proposition for two 65 passenger buses and two seven passenger vans passed 142-42. Library proposition passed 153-31. 

Sherburne-Earlville: Budget passed 198-14. Capital project passed 208-41. Annette Bagnall-Graham and Deborah Kurtz were elected to the Board of Education.

DELAWARE COUNTY:

Andes Central School Budget: Budget passed 80-25. Bus proposition passed 80-25.

Charlotte Valley Central School District: Budget passed 100-52. Bus lease proposition passed 112-41. Joe Ballard elected to Board of Education.

Delaware Academy Central School District: Budget passed 522-287. Building project failed 430-383. Addition of turf failed 687-117. Beth Huenke, Tammy Neumann and Jay Wilson were elected to the Board of Education.

Deposit Central School District: Budget passed 151-25. 

Downsville Central School District: $10,576,469 budget passed 84-23. Use of Capital Reserve Fund passed 87-20. Christian Towsley elected to school board.

Franklin Central School District: Budget passed 90-17. Bus proposition passed 93-14.

Hancock Central School District: $11,291,458 budget passed 174-55. Rebecca Smith  and Christopher Geer, Sr. elected to Board of Education.

Margaretville Central School District: Budget passed 117-32. Bus proposition passed 109-43. Kurt Holcherr and Marc Osterweil elected to Board of Education.

Roxbury Central School District: Budget passed 147-61. 

Sidney Central School District: Budget passed 130-31. Bus vote passed 132-27. Library budget vote passed 135-25.

South Kortright Central School District:  Budget passed 148-105. Bus proposition passed 195-58. Mary McMullen elected to Board of Education. 

Walton Central School District: $20,864,607 budget approved 323-120. A proposition to lease three new school buses for five years approved 303-140. Ronda Williams and Arnold Drumm elected to Board of Education. 

OTSEGO COUNTY:

Cooperstown Central School District: $19.7 million budget passed 426-82. Bus proposition passed 465-40. 

Edmeston Central School District: Budget passed 161-13. Proposition on 63 passenger school bus passed 154-21. Proposition on 54 passenger wheelchair modified school bus passed 154-21. Proposition on 30 passenger school bus passed 153-23. Edmeston free library proposition passed 128-46.  Laura (Jodi) Hawes and Holly Bennett elected to Board of Education. 

Gilbertsville-Mount Upton: Budget passed 134-51. Ethan Eberly and Hillary Osborne elected to Board of Education.

Laurens Central School District: Budget passed 149-29. Bus purchase passed 148-21. Thoms Francisco was elected to the Board of Education.

Oneonta Central School District: Budget passed 351-101. Susan Kurkowski and Jamie Reynolds were elected to the Board of Education.

Unadilla Valley Central School District: $20.2 million budget passed 137-44. Carrie Meade and Mark Davies re-elected to Board of Education. Library proposition passed 82-22. 

Unatego Central School District: Budget passed 380-113.
