BINGHAMTON (WBNG) - 12 Sports Director Larry Burneal and 12 News Reporter Annabelle Flaherty are heading to the Eastern League All-Star Game Tuesday, July 10 for live team coverage of Tim Tebow and the Binghamton Rumble Ponies in the All-Star Game. 12 News will have live team coverage starting Tuesday at 5 p.m. and continuing throughout both days of the All-Star festivities. It's the first Eastern League All-Star Game since Binghamton won its bid to host the 2020 Eastern League All-Star Game.

Schedule of Events:

Tuesday - 5:30 p.m. - Charity Baseball Game (NYPD Finest vs. Philadelphia Police Bluesox)

Tuesday - 8 p.m. - Home Run Derby

Wednesday - 7 p.m. - Eastern League All-Star Game (Bernie Williams will perform the National Anthem)

Tebow update:

Tim Tebow did not play Sunday in the Rumble Ponies game due to a stiff back, but manager Luis Rojas seemed pretty confident it won't keep him out of the All-Star Game Wednesday night.

"He was asking me, 'You think I'm going to play the whole game?'" said Rumble Ponies manager Luis Rojas. "I don't know. Jay Bell is the manager for his squad, so we'll be looking forward to how the guys come into the game, who is going to start."
