BINGHAMTON (WBNG) -- The Broome County Dog Shelter held another Paws on the Plaza event at Government Plaza in downtown Binghamton on Thursday. This time, employees brought puppies with them.
The Tibetan-terrier mix puppies were a huge hit with the office employees.
All the dogs at the plaza are in the adoption program at the shelter.
Organizers say the purpose of Paws on the Plaza is to help workers de-stress and also to help find the dogs a new home.
"If you're thinking about a young one, a young puppy, think about if you're home a lot for a puppy. If you don't have that much time maybe think about something that's past the puppy stage. Maybe past a year or two. Come and take a look at the shelter because we have all sizes, all shapes, all breeds," said Shelter Manager Kelly Conlon.
The Broome County Dog Shelter is located on Cutler Pond Road in the town of Dickinson and is open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. The shelter is closed on Sunday and Monday. Visit its website here.
