Glen Aubrey Man Indicted

A Glen Aubrey man, believed to be responsible for a fatal car crash last year, will go to trial.

22-year old Nicholas Swan of Glen Aubrey was indicted by a Broome County Grand.Jury.

Last September Swan was allegedly driving drunk in the Town of Nanticoke around 1 am on a Sunday morning.

Three other people were in the vehicle.

State Police say his car went off the road, into a ditch, and landed on it's roof.

Two passengers died at the scene.

19-year-old Torrance Wilcox of Lisle, and 19-year-old Bobby Infante of Endwell.

Swan and another passenger were injured.

No trial date has been announced.
