Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) A woman is still missing, 8 years later, but her family refuses to give up.
Bambi Madden disappeared on January 11, 2006, as she was on her way to a Hess gas station on Main Street.
Her family said she never made it to the gas station and she never made it home.
They don't believe she would've just left on her own.
"She would've never left her kids, I think someone took her," said Bambi's sister Jackie Fiske.
The Binghamton Police Department have been on the case since Bambi Madden went missing, but they say they haven't had any leads in years.
Every year, in January, Bambi's family holds a vigil in her honor.
They said they don't want people to forget that Bambi is still out there.
"The vigil is a way to jog peoples' memories," said Project Angel Eyes Regional Director Dawn Micheal.
Micheal just started helping the family with Bambi's case, through Project Angel Eyes.
The organization helps find missing people.
Both Bambi's family and Dawn Micheal's family ask anyone with information on Bambi Madden's disappearance to call the Binghamton police at (607)772-7080.
