Johnson City, NY (WBNG Binghamton)

There is a price to be paid for greatness.
At Johnson City, the Wildcats are fresh off a sectional championship in football last season.
But 28 players on that Wildcat team were lost to graduation.
Now they need to start building another winner.

At the first day of camp yesterday, coach Fred Deinhardt joked they'll be good if they can block anyone.

He returns just 3 starters on both side of the ball, and among other key positions, graduated his quarterback and running back.

But he does return first-team all state receiver Troy Robinson, who will help whichever player is throwing him the football.

Deinhardt says, " We have 3 guys looking to get him the ball. We have a pretty good competition going so it's going to be whoever wins that spot. "

Robinson adds, " I have to do whatever I can to help the team. We have a new QB in Nick Weathers doing a great job. Very athletic. It's going to be great. Our returning players have to lead by example. "
