Delhi, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Troubles continue for the owner of a supposed animal rescue in Delaware County.

Animals are now barred from the woman's Delhi property for the next six months, according to Kortright Town Court documents.

Susan Marino was most recently the subject of a lawsuit by the state attorney general's office, saying she violated various financial reporting laws and that her shelter in Delhi, Angel's Gate, should be dissolved.

Earlier this year, Marino was slapped with 17 misdemeanor charges for animal cruelty.

A Kortright Town Justice has adjourned the case until May 6.

In the meantime, Marino will be subject to random property checks and is not allowed to have any animals in her possession until her next court appearance.
